CrossFit Hawkes Bay combines high intensity weightlifting, calisthenics, gymnastics, athletics and strongman training to ensure fast and extraordinary results. If membership is used to its full potential, each class will cost from as little as $6.70, compare that to your average personal trainer.

What do you get for your $6.70? We program all workouts for you daily. We instruct and guide you in the movements. We provide nutritional advice and specific programming advice and guide you through workouts offering scaling options where needed and specific developmental advice to perfect movements.  So do not compare our prices to other gyms as there is no equal comparison. We are closest to Personal Training but in a group environment and at a fraction of the cost.

We require that clients sign for a minimum of 1 month. This is because it takes a while for your body to adapt and start to get the most out of your workouts. We have a small and committed community in our gym. The trainers are committed to each clients progress and we expect the clients to do the same.

Completion of the 3 Session On-Ramp at $150 is required before entering classes. This is for your safety and for the other members safety and so you can get the most from your workouts. If you have CrossFitted at other CrossFit affiliates this may be waived at the owners discretion.

All payments to be made in advance of attendance. Proof of Automatic Payment setup to be provided before or at the time of attendance.
