Each class will involve a warm-up, some skills work and then a workout/game. The focus is on getting your children to move in a functional manner that is fun and will lead to an enjoyment of exercise that will last a lifetime. The teens classes will involve more advanced movements aiming to get them strong and fit to add to their sporting abilities.
TERM TIMES
Monday – Wednesday – Friday
Kids – 3:30pm to 4:10pm
Teens – 4:15pm – 5:00pm
