Next take our 3 session introduction classes
In these one or two on one sessions we will provide you with the techniques and skills necessary for keeping you safe and maximizing your results when you enter the group classes. The one or two on ones will be scheduled with you and the trainer to find a time that works best with the people involved. The fee for each one on one session is $30 (total of $90 for all 3) payable in advance. At the completion of your 3 one or two on ones if you or the trainer feels like you need more work on technique we will discount the rate to $40/hr for you as long as you will be joining the gym to attend classes. We understand this is a commitment to sign up but it is for your safety and comfort prior to entering classes.
We are a smaller gym and are committed to our members and expect the same in return. If you are looking to sign up with a friend or spouse you can attend the one on ones together and receive a significantly discounted rate. - Specific warm-ups and trunk work
- The basic fundamental weightlifting movements of CrossFit
- Basic gymnastic movements
- Monostructural movements (rowing, jump rope, running loops)
- Olympic lifting
- Specific stretching
We do NOT have beginner through advanced classes. CrossFit workouts are completely scaleable and we find that each athlete learns from the environment and enjoy the healthy dynamic that it promotes.
