Gabe Mossman

Congratulations to Gabe who has been coming here to CrossFit and some of the Kickboxing classes. Over the weekend he completed his run from Taupo to Napier in 14 Hours. The distance was 160kms and he averaged about 4hours and 45 minutes per marathon.

I saw this in the main site a few days ago and for some reason I thought it was a thing of beauty.


Rest Day. The CrossFit games will be coming to an end today and we know how the Kiwi contingent have done. You can all rest assured that we will be trying our hand at some of the Games events over the next few weeks


The overhead squat is a tremendously powerful movement. Well how about 15 x bodyweight overhead squats? The lady in the following video is Nicole from CrossFit HQ and the weight is 123lb or about 56kg. Lets make this a goal.
